This Refund Policy for V LABS and SOLUTIONS ("we", "us", or "our") explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for the use of Cinefo, an advanced membership management software built to simplify how organizations manage members, events, payments, and communication.
By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Cinefo is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made are non-refundable, except in limited situations explicitly stated in this policy or where required by applicable law.

Once access to the Services is provided, refunds will not be issued for partial usage, unused time, or early cancellation.
If Cinefo offers a free trial or demo, it is intended to allow organizations to evaluate the platform before making a purchase. Once a paid subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways and typically takes 7–10 business days.
You may cancel your Cinefo subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access remains active until the end of the paid term.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to remain compliant with legal or operational requirements. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this page.
