This Cancellation Policy for V LABS and SOLUTIONS (“we”, “us”, or “our”) explains how cancellations are handled for Cinefo, an advanced membership management software designed to help organizations manage members, events, payments, and communication.

By subscribing to or using Cinefo Services, you agree to this Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS

Cinefo is offered on a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel your Cinefo subscription by:

• Logging into your Cinefo account and initiating cancellation (if available), or
• Sending a cancellation request to info@vlabs.solutions

Cancellation requests must be submitted by an authorized representative of the organization.

3. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION

Once a cancellation request is received:

• Future billing will stop after the current billing cycle
• Access to Cinefo Services will continue until the end of the paid period
• No refund will be issued for unused or remaining subscription time

4. NO PARTIAL OR PRO-RATED REFUNDS

Cinefo does not offer partial, prorated, or usage-based refunds for cancelled subscriptions, regardless of usage level or reason for cancellation.

5. PREPAID AND ANNUAL PLANS

For prepaid or annual subscription plans:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid term
• No refunds are issued for early termination
• Services remain accessible until the subscription expires

6. TERMINATION BY CINEFO

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Cinefo Services if:

• There is a violation of our Terms and Conditions
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
• The Services are misused, abused, or used unlawfully

In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

7. DATA ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION

Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription:

• Your access to Cinefo Services will be disabled
• We may retain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes
• Data deletion requests may be submitted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
