These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cinefo, a membership management software provided by V LABS and SOLUTIONS (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. ABOUT CINEFO

Cinefo is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help organizations manage members, events, payments, communication, and related operations using cloud technology, NFC smart cards, and CRM tools.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using Cinefo, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Cinefo is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as per your selected plan. All payments are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policies.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt system security
• Misuse or abuse the platform or its features

6. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of Cinefo is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to Cinefo are owned by or licensed to V LABS and SOLUTIONS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without prior written permission.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that Cinefo will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or modify the Services for maintenance or updates.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V LABS and SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Cinefo.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V LABS and SOLUTIONS from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
